Mr. Muntz Insights

CONTEMPORARY WORLD PROBLEMS ACTIVITY

This post is intended for Contemporary World Problems students. Students will search for THREE different styles of homes that are within their career budget from the previous career simulation.  The goal of this is to show an understanding of budgeting that was covered in the economics unit along with an understanding of interest rates. All of the expenses that come with a home will also be discussed once they determine the best living situation.

CIVICS BILL TO LAW SIMULATION

This post is intended for CIVICS students. You will be working in pairs to come up with a proposal on a new bill and have to work through the political process in order to attempt to get it passed. At the end of the simulation, you will reflect on the process and what you learned.

WEB 2.0 TOOLS PRESENtATION

This post is to showcase specific Web 2.0 Tools that can be utilized in the classroom to help student learning. These tools should be used as a resource to find new information to help create an all-inclusive classroom environment that helps diverse learners achieve a common goal.
